Marlen Vaverite vs Atif Najjar

Boxing Daily Report from the Gierfazy Prom. promoted show at Palopo Unnamed Gym, Palopo,  taking place on 29/08/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Marlen Vaverite (1 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Atif Najjar(1 - 2 - 1) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Vaverite weighed in at 200 pounds, while Najjar weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Garuda Taufik, and the three ringside judges are Jatawaman Sutowo, Balaputra Sani and Iman Goey.  

Round 1: 

Najjar advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Vaverite lands a left hook.  
Vaverite gets on the inside.  Najjar pivots from in front of his opponent.  Vaverite is on target with a left uppercut.

Vaverite is looking to close the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Najjar.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Vaverite switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Najjar gets on the inside.  Vaverite sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Najjar lands a cross.  
Najjar lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Vaverite gets on the inside.  Najjar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Vaverite connects with a right uppercut.
