Vicente Corpuz vs Dario Merced

Boxing Daily Report from the Mufwembe Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo Norte Casado, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 09/09/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Corpuz (18 - 8 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Dario Merced(18 - 7 - 3) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Corpuz and Merced weighed in at 105 pounds.
