Santiago Interiano vs Fausto Rojo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Bogota Lozano, Bogota,  taking place on 12/09/2029:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia-Distrito Capital Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Interiano (16 - 11 - 5) who hails from Bogota, Colombia and Fausto Rojo(11(2) - 8(1)) from Bogota, Colombia.  Both Interiano and Rojo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gabriel Tobar, and the three ringside judges are Nasario Macera, Alfonso Limones and Santiago Puma.  

Round 1:

Rojo slams a spiteful right hook into Interiano's ribcage.  IT LOOKS LIKE INTERIANO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Interiano recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Rojo lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Interiano almost instantly recovers. 
Rojo lands a right hook.  
Rojo digs in a right hook to Interiano's body.  
Rojo hits home with a left uppercut.  
Rojo is on target with a solid left hook to Interiano's body.  
Rojo digs in a right uppercut to Interiano's ribs.  
Rojo lands a left uppercut followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS INTERIANO DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Interiano almost instantly recovers. 
Interiano quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rojo lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.

Interiano could be stopped here, if Rojo can find the right shot!  Rojo crashes a DESTRUCTIVE left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  INTERIANO IS DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Rojo!
