Byron Mabouka vs Senior Nzie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Extreme-Nord promoted show at Maroua Fouda, Maroua,  taking place on 16/09/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CRTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Byron Mabouka (13 - 13) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Senior Nzie(17(3) - 5(2)) from Yagoua, Cameroon.  Both Mabouka and Nzie weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Merrill Ndi, and the three ringside judges are Hello Jacquot, Granville Norment and Oriel Melaga.  

Round 1: 

Mabouka quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Nzie lands with a stinging jab.  
Nzie closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Mabouka tries to keep the action at long range.  Nzie lands a jab.  
Nzie stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Mabouka is on target with a cross.  
Mabouka attempts to land a left hook, but Nzie slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nzie is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Nzie steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Nzie advances into close range and lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Nzie hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Nzie is on target with a cross.  
Mabouka steps to the outside.  Mabouka feints a jab, but Nzie does not fall for it and is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Nzie advances into close range and hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Mabouka tries to step out of his opponents range.  Nzie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab to Mabouka's body.  
Nzie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Mabouka steps to the outside.  Nzie lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nzie lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Nzie attempts to land a jab, but Mabouka slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Mabouka steps to the outside.  Nzie lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Nzie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mabouka's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Mabouka's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Nzie steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Nzie lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mabouka steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
Nzie advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook to Mabouka's ribs.  
Nzie lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Mabouka recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Nzie gets on the inside.  Nzie pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Mabouka's body.  
Nzie walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Nzie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Nzie lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Nzie attempts to land a left uppercut, but Mabouka blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Nzie's body.  
Nzie closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Nzie pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Mabouka lands a cross.  
Nzie steps inside and walks his opponent into the corner.  Nzie lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Nzie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Mabouka's body.  
Mabouka is on target with a jab.  
Nzie steps inside.  Nzie is on target with a nasty right hook.  MABOUKA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Nzie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Mabouka is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Nzie closes the distance and forces Mabouka to retreat onto the ropes.  Nzie pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Mabouka tries to step out of his opponents range.  Nzie lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Nzie lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Nzie stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Mabouka tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Mabouka's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Nzie senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Nzie lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MABOUKA DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Nzie!
