Mel Maitland vs David Chalmers

Boxing Daily Report from the Cpboxing promoted show at New Amsterdam Hovel, New Amsterdam,  taking place on 19/09/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana-North Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Maitland (10 - 5) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and David Chalmers(6 - 6 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Maitland weighed in at 248 pounds and 13 ounces, while Chalmers weighed in at 232 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Eidson, and the three ringside judges are Phil Routledge, Mark Firth and Robert Ririe.
