Valentino Saglia vs Cecilio Granata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Apulia promoted show at Foggia Pesce, Foggia,  taking place on 22/08/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Apulia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valentino Saglia (3 - 11(2) - 2) who hails from Foggia, Italy and Cecilio Granata(1 - 3 - 1) from Tarant, Italy.  Both Saglia and Granata weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gianluigi Leonetti, and the three ringside judges are Gianluca Menia, Mauro Totaro and Enzo Zappia.  

Round 1: 

Granata switches the action to the outside and hits home with a sharp jab.  
Granata attempts to land an overhand left, but Saglia slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Saglia steps inside.  Saglia throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Granata to the neutral corner.  He has a stern word with Saglia and threatens a point deduction if continues to foul.
