Yago Mondragon vs Santiago Luis

Boxing Daily Report from the Luminarias del Boxeo promoted show at Barcelona Aldrete, Barcelona,  taking place on 21/09/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yago Mondragon (18(1) - 9(1)) who hails from Barcelona, Spain and Santiago Látigo Luis(22(8) - 4) from Barcelona, Spain.  Mondragon weighed in at 230 pounds and 7 ounces, while Luis weighed in at 238 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Pacifico, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Mayorga, Franco Morales and Oleos Montano.  

Round 1: 

Luis advances into close range.  Mondragon throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.
