Shinji Kuroda vs Raiden Otsuka

Boxing Daily Report from the ノックアウトボクシング promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 01/10/2029:

Clearly ノックアウトボクシング have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shinji Kuroda (12 - 9 - 7) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Raiden Otsuka(20 - 8 - 1) from Osaka, Japan.  Kuroda weighed in at 147 pounds and 8 ounces, while Otsuka weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Kuroda came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Matsunaga, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Kuramoto, Michi Kinoshita and Naoki Shiraki.
