Ian Cecil vs Arnie Tarbert

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Scottsdale Weatherhead, Scottsdale,  taking place on 12/10/2029:

Clearly AI USA-Arizona have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Arizona Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Cecil (12 - 11 - 6) who hails from Tucson, USA and Arnie Tarbert(10 - 16 - 3) from Tucson, USA.  Both Cecil and Tarbert weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ollie Cartaya, and the three ringside judges are John Rennick, Dale Halliday and Louis Glasco.  

Round 1: 

Tarbert steps away from his opponent.  Cecil feints a left hook, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Cecil feints a left hook, and then connects with a right uppercut.  
Cecil attempts to land a jab, but Tarbert dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cecil lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Tarbert throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Cecil's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
