Wang Xue vs Lee Kwong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Zhejiang promoted show at Hui-chao Shum Gym, Wenzhou,  taking place on 14/10/2029:

Clearly AI China-Zhejiang have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Zhejiang Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wang Xue (7 - 10 - 2) who hails from Wenzhou, China and Lee Kwong(5 - 10(2) - 3) from Hangzhou, China.  Xue weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kwong weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is An Yiu, and the three ringside judges are Yuan Tse, HuiK'o Yue and Yuan Qu.  

Round 1: 

Kwong is looking to close the distance.  Xue lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Xue connects with a left hook.  
Xue steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
Kwong pivots from in front of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Xue.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Xue pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Xue dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kwong closes the distance and walks Xue down, trapping him on the ropes.  Xue lands a right uppercut.  
Kwong throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Kwong clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Kwong's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kwong lands a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kwong's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Kwong's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
