Ye Zheng vs Quon Wie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hunan promoted show at Changsha Multi-Function Hall, Changsha,  taking place on 18/10/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ye Zheng (14 - 8(2) - 2) who hails from Chongqing, China and Quon Wie(26(14) - 7(3) - 1(NC)) from Hengyang, China.  Both Zheng and Wie weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ho Pai, and the three ringside judges are Cong Gong, Hui-chao Ng and Manchu Keng.  

Round 1: 

Zheng tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Wie closes the distance and is on target with a MASSIVE left uppercut.  ZHENG IS HURT!  Zheng almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Zheng lands a solid jab.  
Zheng connects with a left hook.  
Wie is on target with a stinging left uppercut to Zheng's ribs.  
Wie lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

Wie steps inside and drives a stinging left hook into Zheng's body.  Wie holds on to his opponent.  Wie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Wie about fouling.

Wie steps inside.  Zheng pivots to the left of his opponent.  Wie attempts to land a left hook, but Zheng parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Zheng steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand left.  
Zheng steps to the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Zheng lands with a spiteful jab.  
Wie gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Zheng steps away from his opponent.  Zheng sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Wie gets on the inside.  Zheng connects with a right hook.  
Wie lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Zheng switches the action to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.  
Wie is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Wie manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Wie lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.

Wie steps inside and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Zheng throws a left hook, but Wie clinches his opponent.  Wie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Wie manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Wie drives a left uppercut into Zheng's ribs.  
Wie drives a sharp left uppercut into Zheng's body.  Wie tries to land a right hook, but Zheng slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Wie lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Zheng wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Wie dabs at his face checking for damage.  Zheng recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Wie lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Zheng steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand left.  
Wie closes the distance.  Zheng throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Zheng is looking to keep his distance and snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Wie is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Zheng on the ropes.  Wie connects with a FEROCIOUS right hook.  DOWN GOES ZHENG!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.

Zheng is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab, cross and an overhand left to his opponents head.

Wie lands a HUGE right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE ZHENG WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Zheng almost instantly gets his legs back.

Wie stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Wie connects with a FEROCIOUS cross.  ZHENG IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Wie is on target with a SAVAGE right hook.  ZHENG IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT ZHENG IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Wie!
