Xavier Melgoza vs Santiago Julio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Marco Ventura Gym, Manta,  taking place on 16/10/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavier Melgoza (4 - 10 - 1) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Santiago Julio(20 - 7 - 5) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Both Melgoza and Julio weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaver Barbo, and the three ringside judges are Rio Contrera, Rio Lona and Dario Cruz.
