Leighton Atkins vs Robert Newell

Boxing Daily Report from the Cletus Van Damme promoted show at Memphis Cant, Memphis,  taking place on 16/10/2029:

Clearly Cletus Van Damme have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Atkins (17(1) - 7(4)) who hails from Memphis, USA and Robert Newell(10 - 6(2) - 4) from Nashville, USA.  Both Atkins and Newell weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Stevenson, and the three ringside judges are Clint Blagg, Kris Breck and Dennis McKenzie.
