Anicetus Ogier vs Chigozie Ekpo

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar International Conference Center, Dakar,  taking place on 17/11/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Anicetus Ogier (19(14) - 0) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Chigozie Ekpo(17(1) - 5(4)) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Both Ogier and Ekpo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leggett Kasse, and the three ringside judges are Orleans Dabo, Mallory Saheli and Rance Artaud.  

Round 1: 

Ogier tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ekpo attempts to land an overhand right, but Ogier sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Ekpo closes the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Ogier tries to land a right hook, but Ekpo dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.

Ekpo manages to force Ogier onto the ropes.  Ogier lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
