Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Mugyenyi, Kampala,  taking place on 04/12/2020:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Umair Abboud (7 - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Robert McPhetridge(6 - 0) from Brisbane, Australia.  Abboud weighed in at 246 pounds and 11 ounces, while McPhetridge weighed in at 236 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dai Birungi, and the three ringside judges are Dave Ojara, Shontae Batuma and Polo Bourdillon.
