Ian Kinnick vs Paul Fullerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Maximillion McKing promoted show at Grand Rapids Ready, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 23/10/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Kinnick (8 - 0) who hails from Colorado Springs, USA and Paul Fullerton(3 - 6) from Tucson, USA.  Both Kinnick and Fullerton weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Craig, and the three ringside judges are Mick Wathen, Chris Pakkarinen and Max Gura.  

Round 1: 

Kinnick gets on the inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Kinnick lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Kinnick clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kinnick pushes his forearm into Fullerton's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kinnick about fouling.  
Kinnick lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Kinnick clinches his opponent.  Kinnick leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kinnick is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kinnick to stop fouling.  
Kinnick lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kinnick drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Fullerton sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kinnick lands a jab.  Kinnick attempts to land a jab, but Fullerton blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kinnick advances into close range.  Fullerton throws a left hook, but Kinnick holds on to his opponent.  Kinnick is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kinnick closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kinnick forces Fullerton to retreat onto the ropes.  Kinnick pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Fullerton drives a right hook into Kinnick's body.  
Fullerton steps inside.  Kinnick lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Kinnick is looking to close the distance.  Kinnick hits home with a right hook.  As Fullerton tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kinnick dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Kinnick steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kinnick lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Kinnick lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kinnick clinches his opponent.  Fullerton is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Fullerton about fouling.  
Kinnick lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kinnick lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kinnick is looking to close the distance and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Fullerton's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Fullerton's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Fullerton's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
