Xabat Portales vs Juan Basingit

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-South Cotabato promoted show at General Santos Beltram, General Santos,  taking place on 29/10/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-South Cotabato Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xabat Portales (14 - 1 - 1) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Juan Basingit(9 - 7 - 6) from General Santos, Philippines.  Portales weighed in at 107 pounds and 11 ounces, while Basingit weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Dalao, and the three ringside judges are Gabriel Miron, Alejandro Paulino and Orlando Bacallao.
