Briar Obier vs Marcel Oliver

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Upper Normandy promoted show at Rouen Belcourt, Rouen,  taking place on 17/11/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France-Upper Normandy Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Briar Obier (22(10) - 0) who hails from Le Havre, France and Marcel Oliver(7(2) - 0) from Rouen, France.
