Adam Ayibonte vs Blake Dewornu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Quainoo, Tamale,  taking place on 20/10/2029:

Clearly AI Ghana-Northern Ghana have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adam Ayibonte (12 - 10 - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Blake Dewornu(8 - 6) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Ayibonte and Dewornu weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Satter, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Habe, Antwan Asamoah and John Anyidoho.

Ayibonte closes the distance and manouvers Dewornu onto the ropes.  Ayibonte quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Ayibonte manages to force Dewornu into the corner.  Ayibonte attempts to land a left hook, but Dewornu blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Dewornu digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ayibonte advances into close range.  Dewornu is on target with a left uppercut.  
Dewornu tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ayibonte closes the distance.  Ayibonte pivots from in front of his opponent.  Dewornu connects with a left uppercut.  
Dewornu connects with a left hook.  
Dewornu lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ayibonte lands a left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Dewornu has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Dewornu dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Dewornu.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the left eye.
