Kei Shirai vs Zain Imam

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi, Tokyo,  taking place on 02/12/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are King Kei Shirai (21(11) - 1(1)) who hails from Hachioji, Japan and Zain Imam(23 - 7(4) - 2) from Aden, Yemen.  Both Shirai and Imam weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Uchida, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Ide, Fumio Nakazawa and Kenji Sasaki.  

Round 1: 

Shirai hits the target with a stiff jab.

Shirai tries to land a right hook, but Imam slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Imam has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Shirai switches the action to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head, AND DROPS IMAM TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
The right shot from Shirai could be enough to force the stoppage!  Shirai lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES IMAM!  He manages to get up at 5.  Imam now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Imam gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Shirai on the ropes.  Imam hits home with a right hook.  
Shirai quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Imam connects with a right hook.  
Imam attempts to land a left hook, but Shirai parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shirai is on target with a telling left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE IMAM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Shirai tries to step out of his opponents range.  Shirai is looking to force the stoppage!  Shirai lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS IMAM DOWN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Shirai!
