Keiichi Sugihara vs Yuichi Toma

Boxing Daily Report from the Shungwa Promotions promoted show at Kashiwa Takahashi, Kashiwa,  taking place on 23/10/2029:

Clearly Shungwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Keiichi Sugihara (12 - 8 - 2) who hails from Matsudo, Japan and Yuichi Toma(12 - 9 - 4) from Matsudo, Japan.  Both Sugihara and Toma weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoshi Nakahara, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Nomura, Kenji Aoyama and Jun Usui.
