Patrick Makau vs Antwan Kimeli

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Kamathi, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/11/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Patrick Makau (15(1) - 9) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Antwan Kimeli(14 - 8 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Makau and Kimeli weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bob Mbiyu, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Andersson, Rex Odhieng and Rex Odhieng.  

Round 1: 

Makau is looking to close the distance and connects with a left hook.
