Byron Pinault vs Geron Diawara

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Senegal-Dakar promoted show at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dakar,  taking place on 24/11/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Senegal Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Byron Pinault (19(13) - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Geron Diawara(21 - 7(1)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Pinault and Diawara weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brigham Coly, and the three ringside judges are Gaston Angrand, Forrest Coly and Holland Mandiang.  

Round 1:

Some sustained pressure from Pinault could be enough to finish Diawara!  Pinault lands two left uppercuts to the body, and one to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.  Diawara now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Diawara lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Pinault EXPLODES a FIERCE left hook into his opponents face.  DIAWARA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Pinault!
