Fresco Tugade vs Ian Booc

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Yagin, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/10/2029:

Clearly AI Philippines-Cebu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fresco Tugade (17(1) - 7(3)) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Ian Booc(11 - 10 - 4) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Both Tugade and Booc weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jair Puyot, and the three ringside judges are Oihane Tatlonghari, Malvolio Monterrosa and Cris Merida.
