Paul Madziva vs Max Mhlanga

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Chitungwiza Lockey, Chitungwiza,  taking place on 02/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zimbabwe-Harare Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Madziva (15 - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Max Mhlanga(13 - 9 - 3) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Madziva weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Mhlanga weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Phiri, and the three ringside judges are Sam Rodger, Makalo Ncube and Ian Mataz.  

Round 1: 

Madziva is looking to close the distance.  Mhlanga throws a left uppercut, but Madziva holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
