Jake Rielly vs Jordan Gove

Boxing Daily Report from the RJS Promotions promoted show at Vodafone Event Centre, Auckland,  taking place on 15/12/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jake The Snake Rielly (11(9) - 0) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Jordan Gove(17 - 11(1) - 1) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Rielly weighed in at 167 pounds and 9 ounces, while Gove weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Heretini, and the three ringside judges are Justin Patariki, Matthew Chisholm and Robert Haturini.  

Round 1: 

Rielly lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Rielly closes the distance.  Gove pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gove throws a left hook, but Rielly holds on to his opponent.  Rielly is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Rielly throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Rielly is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp left uppercut into Gove's ribs.

Gove's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Gove's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
