Docus Meuleman vs Byron Brame

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Palais des Sports Large Hall, Mulhouse,  taking place on 07/01/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dr. Docus Meuleman (9(5) - 0) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Byron Brame(9 - 9(1) - 4) from Toulouse, France.  Both Meuleman and Brame weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noel Corneille, and the three ringside judges are Jesper Dauphin, Jesper Dauphin and Tugdual Baxa.  

Round 1: 

Meuleman is on target with a firm overhand left.  
Brame sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Meuleman throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Meuleman tries to step out of his opponents range.  Meuleman feints a left, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Meuleman steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Meuleman stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Brame tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Brame forces Meuleman to back into the ropes.  Meuleman snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Brame is looking to close the distance.  Brame sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Brame throws a left uppercut, but Meuleman clinches his opponent.  Meuleman pushes his forearm into Brame's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Meuleman.  
Meuleman lands with a hard jab.  
Meuleman lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Meuleman finds the target with a jab.  
Brame connects with a left uppercut.  
Meuleman lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Meuleman quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Meuleman lands a ramrod jab.  
Brame forces Meuleman to retreat onto the ropes.  Brame connects with a left hook.  
Meuleman switches the action to the outside.  Meuleman feints a jab, tricking Brame into throwing a right hook counter.  Meuleman springs the trap and counters with  a cross.  
Meuleman is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Meuleman stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Brame throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a nasty right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE BRAME WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Brame recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Meuleman steps to the outside and lands a cross, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Meuleman feints a right hook, and then lands a right hook to the head, a jab to the body and a jab to the head.  
Brame gets on the inside.  Meuleman throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Meuleman clinches his opponent.  Meuleman leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Meuleman pushes his forearm into Brame's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Meuleman about fouling.  
Meuleman steps away from his opponent.  Meuleman feints a jab, and then connects with a solid cross.  
Meuleman lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Meuleman switches the action to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Meuleman lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Brame throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Brame's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Brame's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by two right uppercut's to the head, AND SENDS BRAME SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Meuleman!
