Fedir Sklar vs Apostol Mastel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast promoted show at Kharkiv Blinkov, Kharkiv,  taking place on 14/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Kharkiv Oblast Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedir Sklar (20 - 2 - 2) who hails from Kharkiv, Ukraine and Apostol Mastel(12 - 9 - 2) from Kharkiv, Ukraine.  Both Sklar and Mastel weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oleksiy Kitko, and the three ringside judges are Kolya Tyukalov, Dmitri Shelestov and Toma Platko.
