Max Shumway vs Jake Forker

Boxing Daily Report from the Spinger Boxing Club promoted show at El Maida Shrine Auditorium, El Paso,  taking place on 18/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Max Shumway (12 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Houston, USA and Jake Forker(17 - 6 - 3) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Shumway weighed in at 241 pounds, while Forker weighed in at 259 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Henry Messer, and the three ringside judges are Amon East, Euan Bellis and Colin Morgans.  

Round 1: 

Shumway advances into close range.  Forker pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.
