Lloyd Stasik vs Cody Pinkerton

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Olympic Park Sports Centre, Sydney,  taking place on 30/11/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Lloyd Stasik (12(7) - 0) who hails from Madison, USA and Cody Pinkerton(7 - 10) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Stasik and Pinkerton weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Muffett, and the three ringside judges are Robert Callis, Sid Galkin and David Bellamy.  

Round 1: 

Stasik lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Stasik lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Stasik advances into close range and is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Stasik lands a sharp jab.  
Stasik steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook to Pinkerton's ribs.  
Stasik lands a right hook.  Stasik holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Stasik pushes his forearm into Pinkerton's face.  The referee warns Stasik and breaks the clinch.  
Stasik drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Pinkerton is on target with a left hook.  
Stasik advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Stasik clinches his opponent.  Stasik leans on his opponent using all his weight. Stasik pushes his forearm into Pinkerton's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pinkerton quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stasik is on target with a cross.  
Stasik steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Stasik ties up his opponent.  Stasik leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Stasik's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Stasik advances into close range and lands a sharp left uppercut.  
Stasik lands a left hook.  
Stasik throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Stasik holds on to his opponent.  Stasik pushes his forearm into Pinkerton's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stasik lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Stasik hits home with a cross.  
Stasik lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND PINKERTON IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  Pinkerton quickly recovers. 
Pinkerton pivots from in front of his opponent.  Stasik is on target with a firm right hook to Pinkerton's ribs.  
Stasik lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Stasik holds on to his opponent.  Stasik is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Stasik lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND KNOCKS PINKERTON DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pinkerton's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Pinkerton's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Stasik lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Stasik clinches his opponent.  Stasik is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pinkerton advances into close range.  Stasik lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Stasik is looking to close the distance and forces Pinkerton to back into a corner.  Stasik lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stasik is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Stasik lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Stasik attempts to land a right uppercut, but Pinkerton parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Stasik is on target with a sharp cross.

Stasik is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND PINKERTON IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Stasik is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Stasik lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES PINKERTON!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Pinkerton has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Stasik advances into close range and connects with a right hook.  
Stasik walks his opponent into the red corner.  Stasik lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Stasik clinches his opponent.  Stasik leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pinkerton throws a left hook, but Stasik holds on to his opponent.  Stasik throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Pinkerton is on target with a right hook.  
Stasik sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Some sustained pressure from Stasik could be enough to finish Pinkerton!  Stasik lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS PINKERTON!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Stasik!
