Marco Polino vs Alejandro Mercado

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Miranda promoted show at Los Teques Fontan, Los Teques,  taking place on 21/12/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marco Polino (16 - 3 - 4) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Alejandro Mercado(17 - 11(2) - 2) from Caracas, Venezuela.  Polino weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces, while Mercado weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rio Griego, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Alonzo, Venacio Moros and Juan Trinidad.
