Telo Rabelais vs Garner Oliphant

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Haiti-Nord-Ouest promoted show at Leggett Beaumier Gym, Port-de-Paix,  taking place on 19/12/2029:

Clearly AI Haiti-Nord-Ouest have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Haiti-Nord-Ouest Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Telo Rabelais (10 - 11) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Garner Oliphant(6 - 0) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Rabelais weighed in at 199 pounds and 2 ounces, while Oliphant weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boyce de Vigny, and the three ringside judges are Sid Malot, Pernell Gayet and Adalard Moreau.
