Anicetus Ogier vs Michel Lucas

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar International Conference Center, Dakar,  taking place on 10/02/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Anicetus Ogier (20(15) - 0) who hails from Touba, Senegal and Michel Lucas(17 - 4(1) - 1) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Ogier weighed in at 140 pounds, while Lucas weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Royal Ankah, and the three ringside judges are Alain Savane, Aramis Gassama and Aramis Gassama.
