Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Wigwam Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 23/12/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Waltier Vanier (1 - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Simon Boyer(4 - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Vanier and Boyer weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gaston Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Royal Ankah, Thibaud Ly and Ranger Angrand.

Vanier gets on the inside.  Boyer retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Vanier is whaling away with hooks, but Boyer keeps his defence tight.  Vanier lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Boyer throws a left uppercut, but Vanier clinches his opponent.  Boyer is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Boyer.  
Vanier is looking to close the distance.  Boyer throws a right hook, but Vanier clinches his opponent.  Vanier leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
