Nikolai Vasiliev vs Viktor Kovalski

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Sports and Concert Complex, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 23/02/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern Europe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport 1 Russia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nikolai Vasiliev (17(3) - 2) who hails from Berezniki, Russia and Viktor Kovalski(28(27) - 3(3)) from Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia.  Vasiliev weighed in at 167 pounds and 9 ounces, while Kovalski weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikhail Zhukanenko, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Melantev, Dimi Dundukov and Zernebog Kabanov.
