Louis Sarr vs Dave Blackard

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Bradley Pearce Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 26/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Louis Sarr (11 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Dave Blackard(3 - 2 - 2) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Sarr weighed in at 139 pounds, while Blackard weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dave Cloy, and the three ringside judges are Steven Menzies, Theo Walker and Kenzie Hackney.  

Round 1: 

Sarr hits home with a right uppercut.

Sarr tries to keep the action at long range.  Blackard connects with a cross.  
Blackard lands a left hook.  
Blackard closes the distance.  Sarr sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Blackard throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Sarr has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
