Lazar Shamburkin vs Borya Markov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Kemerovo Oblast promoted show at Mikhail Tarasov Gym, Kemerovo,  taking place on 27/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lazar Shamburkin (8 - 8 - 3) who hails from Novokuznetsk, Russia and Borya Markov(18 - 10 - 4) from Prokopyevsk, Russia.  Both Shamburkin and Markov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boris Chaplin, and the three ringside judges are Sergey Tverdovsky, Fadei Ryakhov and Dmitriy Kovalik.

Markov walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Markov hits home with a right uppercut.  Markov wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Shamburkin.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

Markov is looking to close the distance.  Shamburkin sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Markov lands a left hook.  Markov clinches his opponent.  Markov pushes his forearm into Shamburkin's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Markov to stop fouling.
