Hernan Carreon vs Fidel Silverio

Boxing Daily Report from the Eduardo Zambrano promoted show at Maracay Siman, Maracay,  taking place on 02/01/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hernan Carreon (3 - 0) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Fidel Silverio(4 - 1 - 1) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Carreon and Silverio weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dimos Fiel, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Callejas, Nicandro Prado and Carlos Juliana.  

Round 1: 

Carreon closes the distance.  Carreon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Carreon lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Carreon holds on to his opponent.  Silverio pushes his forearm into Carreon's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Silverio to stop fouling.

Carreon pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a HUGE left uppercut.  SILVERIO IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.

Carreon pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Carreon is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Carreon lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS SILVERIO DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Silverio now seems to have got his legs back.  
Carreon pivots to the side of his opponent and DETONATES a hurtful left hook on his opponents face.  SILVERIO IS DOWN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Carreon!
