Hsin Low vs Xiaoping Seeto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Fujian promoted show at Xiamen Banh, Xiamen,  taking place on 16/12/2029:

Clearly AI China-Fujian have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Fujian Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hsin Low (15 - 7 - 4) who hails from Fuzhou, China and Xiaoping Seeto(15 - 7(1) - 3) from Quanzhou, China.  Both Low and Seeto weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Manchu Hy, and the three ringside judges are Jing Dea, Huang-fu Yow and Shing Min.  

Round 1:
