Qing-Nan Tsu vs Shing Chiang

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Zhejiang promoted show at Ningbo Qu, Ningbo,  taking place on 16/12/2029:

Clearly AI China-Zhejiang have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Zhejiang Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Qing-Nan Tsu (10 - 8(3) - 6) who hails from Taizhou, China and Shing Chiang(3 - 14(1) - 2) from Hangzhou, China.  Tsu weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces, while Chiang weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is An Yiu, and the three ringside judges are HuiK'o Chee, Liang Seng and Shen Der.
