Cortez Bejar vs Jose Cifuentes

Boxing Daily Report from the Mufwembe Promotions promoted show at Jax Floro Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 15/01/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Bejar (15 - 6 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Jose Cifuentes(18 - 5 - 1) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Bejar weighed in at 147 pounds, while Cifuentes weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Angel Vara, and the three ringside judges are Jaguar Nazario, Juan Arguijo and Javier Renteria.
