Hajime Kanai vs Hitoshi Yamamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Ariake Arena, Tokyo,  taking place on 19/01/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hajime Kanai (10 - 2(1)) who hails from Kobe, Japan and Hitoshi Yamamoto(15(1) - 11(3) - 2) from Kashiwa, Japan.  Both Kanai and Yamamoto weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Mikami, and the three ringside judges are Hiroki Uchida, Eiji Uyeda and Jiro Ogata.
