Viktor Shutkov vs Evgeny Lapshin

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Fadei Golub Gym, Engels,  taking place on 30/12/2029:

Clearly Tamanyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Shutkov (20 - 8(2)) who hails from Saratov, Russia and Evgeny Lapshin(12 - 10(1) - 6) from Engels, Russia.  Both Shutkov and Lapshin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Afanas Orlovsky, and the three ringside judges are Evgeny Bazarevich, Viktor Tyurina and Gennady Akimov.
