Dave Sobukwe vs Thabo Sikali

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Germiston Adu, Germiston,  taking place on 31/12/2029:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Sobukwe (20 - 10(2) - 1) who hails from Roodepoort, South Africa and Thabo Sikali(16 - 6(2) - 4) from Soweto, South Africa.  Sobukwe weighed in at 135 pounds and 9 ounces, while Sikali weighed in at 134 pounds and 5 ounces.    As Sobukwe came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.
