Tien Ngai vs Phang Chien

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Vietnam-North promoted show at Haiphong Lam, Haiphong,  taking place on 02/01/2030:

Clearly AI Vietnam-North have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Vietnam-North Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tien Ngai (8 - 4 - 1) who hails from Hanoi, Vietnam and Phang Chien(7 - 2 - 2) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  Both Ngai and Chien weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vu Tuan, and the three ringside judges are Dinh Thao, Thi Ca and Kha Linh.
