Kian Bruce vs Telo Delpy

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Royal York Hotel, Toronto,  taking place on 26/01/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Kian Bruce (3 - 0) who hails from Laval, Canada and Telo Delpy(1 - 2) from Montreal, Canada.  Both Bruce and Delpy weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Ruskin, and the three ringside judges are Arnie Waddey, Dave Mollison and Greg Wren.  

Round 1: 

Delpy feints a jab, but Bruce does not fall for it and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Delpy tries to keep the action at long range.  Bruce quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Delpy is on target with a cross.  
Bruce steps inside.  Bruce sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Bruce manages to force Delpy into a neutral corner.  Bruce pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Bruce lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bruce pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Bruce drives a cross into Delpy's body.  
Bruce finds the target with a jab.  
Bruce is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Bruce pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Bruce is looking to close the distance and tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Delpy throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Bruce advances into close range.  Bruce hits home with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Delpy has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Bruce pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bruce pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Delpy tries to step out of his opponents range.  Bruce lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Delpy is on target with a left hook.  
Bruce retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Delpy accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Bruce.

Bruce advances into close range.  As Bruce tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Delpy dabs at his face checking for damage.
