John Cattanach vs Max Caddell

Boxing Daily Report from the Kaamba Promotions promoted show at Waterbury Bradley, Waterbury,  taking place on 02/02/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Cattanach (6 - 7 - 3) who hails from Bridgeport, USA and Max Caddell(22(7) - 2) from Bridgeport, USA.  Both Cattanach and Caddell weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Kelton, and the three ringside judges are Mike Dysart, John Boal and Richard Cowans.  

Round 1: 

Cattanach tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Caddell hits home with a right hook.  
Caddell closes the distance and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Caddell pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Caddell forces Cattanach to retreat onto the ropes.  Caddell connects with a right hook.  
Caddell feints a cross, and then hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Caddell drives a sharp right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Caddell gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Cattanach tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Cattanach is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.

Caddell gets on the inside and lands a sharp left hook.  
Caddell pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Caddell hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Cattanach attempts to land a right uppercut, but Caddell blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Cattanach switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Caddell gets on the inside and drives a left uppercut into Cattanach's body.  
Caddell lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Caddell hits home with a firm left hook.  
Caddell manouvers Cattanach onto the ropes.  Cattanach tries to land a right hook, but Caddell sidesteps and counters with a spiteful cross.  CATTANACH WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Caddell thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Cattanach away.  Caddell lands a right hook, cross and a left hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS CATTANACH DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Caddell connects with a WICKED left hook.  DOWN GOES CATTANACH!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Caddell lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.  The winner by KO is Caddell!
