Waqar Najafi vs Azam Baba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Ash Shariqah promoted show at Jawad Hashemi Gym, Sharjah,  taking place on 02/02/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Ash Shariqah Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Najafi (5 - 13(1) - 3) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Azam Baba(13 - 3 - 1) from Sharjah, UAE.  Both Najafi and Baba weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Ullah, and the three ringside judges are Malik Bakir, Danyaal Jarrar and Waqar Malloy.  

Round 1: 

Baba closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Najafi in a corner.  Baba sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Najafi is on target with a left hook to Baba's body.
