Ian Phillips vs Kris Morse

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Idaho promoted show at Boise Burke, Boise,  taking place on 03/02/2030:

Clearly AI USA-Idaho have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Phillips (23(3) - 2) who hails from Salt Lake City, USA and Kris Morse(10 - 8 - 6) from Boise, USA.  Both Phillips and Morse weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malcolm Lyell, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Hosick, Jacob Mains and Robert Herritt.  

Round 1: 

Phillips tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Phillips gets on the inside.  Phillips quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Morse throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Phillips's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Morse tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Phillips waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Morse tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Phillips lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Morse dabs at his face checking for damage.
