Malcolm McArdle vs Charles McClafferty

Boxing Daily Report from the Braveheart promoted show at Duncan Malone Gym, Glasgow,  taking place on 09/02/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Scotland Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm McArdle (10 - 13 - 3) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Charles McClafferty(5 - 3 - 3) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both McArdle and McClafferty weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John McVicker, and the three ringside judges are William Cooper, David Hall and Angus Greenaway.  

Round 1: 

McArdle tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to McArdle's body.  
McArdle steps inside and hits home with a stinging left hook.

McClafferty pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.

McArdle throws a right hook, but McClafferty clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
